Who is Ramon Ayala and why does Giovannie bump his music when he gets drunk.  Giovannie and the Hired Guns has what some call the surprise hit of 2022.  This Texas-based band can rock with the best of them but also has fans from the “Red Dirt” music scene and has toured with some of the biggest outlaw country bands out there.  Is this a new scene popping out of Texas mixing Rock and Outlaw Country?  If so, Gio and the boys are happy to fly the torch.

This is Giovannie and the Hired Guns’ first time co-hosting the LA Lloyd Rock 30.  We will talk about Giovannie’s early beginning growing up in Mineral Wells, TX and eventually moving to the small town known as Lipan also in Texas.  It is there where he learned the value of respect…not only for others but himself as well.

We will obviously talk about the song “Ramon Ayala” but also why this artist, described by Giovannie as the “George Strait to the Mexican community”…is a true legend.  We will also talk about the video for the track featuring a beautiful actress that obviously made for a fun day shooting this video as you can see by Gio’s big smile.
