Saint Asonia has a very fitting title to their new EP that will be released July 1, 2022. Adam Gontier, vocalist, will co-host the Rock 30 countdown with LA Lloyd and talk about the making of “Introvert”. Adam talks about this strong sense of individuality that went into the making of this album simply because everyone in the band had to do their parts separately due to the Pandemic.
Saint Asonia’s new single on the Rock 30 is Above It All. It was one of the first songs written for the EP according to Adam. With the assistance of producer Anton DeLost, he was able to bring everyone together. Even though they worked individually, Anton helped the band tremendously with “sonic changes” that were welcomed by each member.
Saint Asonia did a cover for their Introvert EP. They chose The Weeknd’s Blinding Lights. According to Adam Gontier, “I just wanted to cover something you wouldn’t normally expect and The Weeknd seemed to be the right idea.”
