Rise Of The Roach
2025 marks the 25th anniversary of the Papa Roach album Infest. It is also the 25th anniversary of the LA Lloyd Rock 30. Jacoby Shaddix has been a guest on the Rock 30 almost each year since 2000 and this will be his 19th appearance as co-host. After a very successful European tour, Rise Of The Roach tour is now selling out arenas throughout North America with support acts Rise Against and Underoath.

Papa Roach topped the LA Lloyd Rock 30 charts with Even if it Kills Me. Jacoby talked about the song and how it related to him watching his son go through a struggle and said, “Heartache is something else, right? And watching somebody that you love so much just be decimated. It was a tough thing, man. And I wanted to carry the weight for him and just shoulder the pain. But one thing I know about this life is that this struggle strengthens and we find out who we are when we’re in the fire. And I told my son, I said, ‘Hey, man, I’m gonna walk through this fire with you. You’re gonna feel it.’ You know, and he knew. And he pulled his bootstraps up and got back up and got after
life again. And it was a heavy moment, but I’m so grateful that we got the type of relationship that he could open up to me about his what was going on with him and his feelings and not just stuff it all down and learn and grow.”
