LA Lloyd’s Birthday
LA Lloyd’s birthday is August 21. So, he wants to have a guest co-host the Rock 30 that is one of his good friends. The call was made and invite accepted. Matt B is the vocalist for From Ashes To New. He and the guys in the band have been busy playing back in 2024 on the Shiprocked Cruise and will be returning in 2026. They have played at the rejuvenated Van’s Warped Tour earlier this year as well.
New Disease
With From Ashes To New touring less earlier in 2025, this has given the band a chance to write some new songs. One we will debut for you this week is New Disease that addresses the trends people are following on social media. According to Matt B, “Every day there’s a new wave of people going out of their way to be recognized no matter the cost. We are hypnotized by our vices…we will kill ourselves to be noticed.”
