The first time LA Lloyd played the song, not the band, “Ghost,” he said it sounded different from every song on the LA Lloyd Rock Countdown. This weekend, we will get to know Badflower, the band behind that song. Josh Katz, vocalist checks in via SKYPE to give us his take on songwriting, not being clumped in with a particular genre and if the world’s largest music showcase, SXSW, is really that beneficial to up-and-coming artists.
