Papa Roach and Rock 30 through the years
Papa Roach released their album Infest April 25, 2000. A few months later, the LA Lloyd Rock 30 premiered July 4. Over the years, Jacoby Shaddix and LA Lloyd have had many conversations regarding new singles and albums. Ego Trip is the latest album that has been the band’s most successful release with four number one songs.
Leave A Light On
Papa Roach has an emotional song called leave A Light On. According to Jacoby, it’s his favorite moment during their set as it is done acoustically with the fans doing a sing-along.
Talk Away The Dark
The band’s description of the Leave A Light On video states, “Papa Roach – Leave A Light On (Talk Away The Dark), Benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The band’s royalties on this song are being donated directly to the AFSP, in perpetuity. Every time the song is streamed, downloaded, or used in any way a donation is being made. The band’s initial donation to the AFSP of $155,000 was presented at their final show in Denver, Colorado.

Daughtry Scars
Chris Daughtry attended a Papa Roach show recently in Nashville. When Jacoby got the word he was coming, he reached out with an invitation to perform Scars with the band. The performance electrified the fans as is evident in the video captured live.
