Trans-Siberian Orchestra has definitely been a holiday tradition for LA Lloyd almost two decades.  The lights, pyro, sound, musicians and vocalists all encompass the true feeling of the holidays turned up to 11.  Al Pitrelli, TSO guitarist and band leader takes us behind the scenes as he co-hosts the Rock 30.  If you’ve ever wondered why there is over 20 semis parked in the back of the venue, once you see this show live, you’ll realize it takes hundreds of people to pull it off.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra was founded in 1996 by producer, composer, and lyricist Paul O’Neill.  He teamed up with Jon Oliva and Al Pitrelli and co-producer Robert Kinkel to form the core of the creative team.  With the song, Christmas Eve / Sarajevo, the success even surprised the founding members of the love and adoration this tour continues to bring year after year throughout North America during the holiday season.

Philanthropy is at the top of mind on each stop for Trans-Siberian Orchestra.  Millions of dollars have been given from ticket sales to local charities in each of the cities on the tour.
