No Overnight Success
The Funeral Portrait may look like an overnight success but it took over ten years to get a number one song on the LA Lloyd Rock 30. Lee Jennings, vocalist, will share the band’s journey hailing from Atlanta to playing amphitheaters supporting Five Finger Death Punch.
Suffocate City
Suffocate City is the first number one song from The Funeral Portrait. This was not only a milestone for the top-of-the-chart position on the Rock 30…but it was the song that replaced Linkin Park “The Emptiness Machine” after it held number one for six weeks. It’s a great story of how Spencer Charnas from Ice Nine Kills heard the song and reached out to the Lee and said he had to be part of this song and the rest as they say is history.
