Sleep Theory has been having an amazing year. Spend your Labor Day weekend hearing their story when their vocalist Cullen Moore co-hosts the LA Lloyd Rock 30. This Memphis-based band just wrapped a tour with Shinedown as support act. In addition, they’ve appeared at the Beale Street Music Festival playing in front of thousands of fans in their hometown.

Sleep Theory’s EP Paper Hearts release date is September 29, 2023. This 6-song collection includes their current single Numb as well as Another Way. Cullen will tell the story how Another Way reached over 500,000 views on TikTok in only 36 hours after they published it.
Numb
The first song from Sleep Theory to debut on the Rock 30 chart is Numb. According to Cullen, it’s a song that is heavy hitting but catchy at the same time. Their producer David Cowell said “This song has to hit” after they finished mixing it.
