Nita Strauss April 27-28, 2024
Nita Strauss just wrapped her headlining tour with Diamante and Starbenders. Fans were treated to some serious shredding and big hits from Nita that you’ve heard on the LA Lloyd Rock 30.

Writing For Others
Nita describes the songs written on her latest album Call of the Void as an “educational experience as a songwriter.” The difference in this album compared to her previous ones was the approach of writing songs that were not only for herself but others she worked with. This led to collaborations with the likes of Lzzy Hale, Dorothy and the Number One song Dead Inside with David Draiman from Disturbed.
Victorious
LA Lloyd asked Nita Strauss if she considers herself a role model. While that is a hard question to answer, her take on it is if someone looks at her as one, she takes it very seriously. She hopes fans that look up to her can sense the positive vibe she gives off. It’s a celebration of her getting away from the self-destructive ways she had been channeling earlier in her life. Victorious is a fitting song to overcoming those obstacles. Check out the video featuring Dorothy on vocals.
