What a year 2022 has been for Rock 30 fans. We saw the return of Godsmack and Nickelback after a long absence. Ozzy Osbourne released his album Patient Number 9 that led to four Grammy nominations. LA Lloyd was there with them bringing his listeners interviews with the year’s best artists.
Part 1 of the 2022 Rock 30 year end countdown features these guests: Godsmack, Fozzy, Nickelback, Bad Omens, Slash, The Offspring, Beartooth, Daughtry, and more. It’s a great way to reflect and look forward to an even better year for 2023.
One of the saddest stories of the year was Taylor Hawkins, who passed away March 25, 2022 at the age of 50 in Bogotá, Colombia. There were two tribute concerts held for him September 3 at Wembley Stadium in London and September 27 at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
